Return policy

The flev.eu 30-day return service does not affect the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance trading, but complements it, for the benefit of fleur events customers.

General conditions for the return of products sold by fleur events:

The products you return must be in the same condition as you received them. Make sure that the product is not protected by passwords you have set and that you have deleted any accounts you have defined, so that the product does not contain any personal data and can be restored to the original software version.

How to return products?

Step 1

Pack the products you have decided to return well, in a box or in the original packaging. If possible, use all the protective elements of the original packaging, so that the product does not get damaged during transport. Remember that the product must be returned in the original condition in which it was received.

Step 2

Contact us on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or by phone and let us know.

Step 3

Please allow a few days. We will process returned orders as soon as possible. This usually takes 2-5 business days.

Step 4

We will notify you when we have reviewed and processed your returned order. We will refund your money to your account. In most cases, it usually takes 2-5 business days for the money to be transferred to your account.
